A cautionary tale..........I bought my mini in the traditional way - little old lady, doesn't use it much any more, time to give up driving - bargain!:D Trouble is said little old lady really didn't use it much and as a consequence hadn't needed new tyres for a while, a long while, in fact they are probably older than some of my friends. Now this didn't really bother me as they all looked ok, passed an MOT & carried me safely on my travels, that is until last week when one decided it was time to give up the good fight, big time, at 70 in the outside lane. Check out the piccies - very nearly needed to be rushed to A&E for an emergency change of underpants!

Needless to say don't be an eejit like me - if you get an old car or even wheels with part worn rubber on - give them a thorough check.
Right thats enough from me as i'm a bit tyred now, (groan) - had to get it in first!
