I have a few questions with relation to the fitment of a flip front.

which companies brace bars are the best (minispares ones appear to be popular),

Which options do in have with the hinge. If possible i would like to have it so i could remove the whole front as well as just being able to flip it.

Which fasteners to use. I hear that duez are quite good and popular. i also hear that a company produces something called aerocatches which are lockable.

That is all i can think of for now.

Thanks

As far as I know/can tell, all the brace bars are pretty much the same but with all things mini you get what you pay for and when fitting a flip-front the brace bars are V important to returning strength to the front end of the car so I would avoid cheapy ones.

Hinges are pretty much up to you, as far as I know there is no 'kit' so you have to DIY. No doubt with a bit of thinking and looking at what is available it is possible.

Again, up to you. The dsuez (or however you spell it!!) ones look smart as they flush-fit, others prefer straps, bolts, pins etc - it's personal choice, take a look round and see whats available.

YOU MUST GET THE RIGHT BRACE BARS FOR YOUR CAR EITHER CLUBMAN OR STANDARD.
OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE ALL THE SAME UNPAINTED BENT BITS OF SQUARE TUBING WITH FLAT MOUNTING BITS WELDED ON THE END.
