Side Exit Exhaust

Hi,

Does anyone on the forum or in BMC have a side exit exhaust fitted?
I would like to come and have a look at one.
My exhaust scrapes slightly getting it in and out of the garage and while i could raise the ride height a little further, i don't want to.

Does anyone know whether they are legal and mot,able.
