I got my paint!!

I now have my paint (thanks Pat) and looked at it properly today and i really like it, i cant wait for it to be put on the car with glitter flake in it!!
Watch this space for developments!! but they may take a little while as my poor hubby and Pat are very,very busy at the moment, but i can just about hold on to my excitment! oh sod it no i can't :D :D :D

Glad you like it Sam. Faz thought it came out too pale, but Pat hasn't seen it yet. Its gonna look soooooo cool. And yes Colm - rainbow glitter flake in it. Luckily Pat has got enough just for two minis, Sams and mine - so don't get any ideas anyone else.

Sams will be pink with silver roof and mine will be turquoise with white or turquoise roof, but both with rainbow glitter flake in. We have both brought chrome bits to add extra sparkle and shine.

Pink with Rainbow flake - yuk, Turquoise with rainbow flake - Ok, Turquoise on it's own - Nice ....Black with Rainbow flake - Yummmmmmmm!!

And I agree with Colm about keeping the roof white on turquoise minis it looks nice indeed :)

Well i think pink with glitter flake will look fabulous,thats why i like mini's because you can costumize them to you taste, if other people dont like it then they can adfirt their eyes :D I will be the only one driving it so i will be very happy indeed.

I agree with Sam. The whole joy of owning a mini is to personalise it and make it an extention of you. So Sam's a girly girl who likes pink and bling - very nice I do think.
As for my car, well I may surprise you all, as none of you seem to really know me, or my taste!
I could say some detrimental things about other peoples taste's but i'm too kind!

Well i hope you don't think I was saying anything detremental about anyone's taste, just saying my opinion about Pink in general, but if Sam wants that then she can indeed have pink and she will be happy which is the main thing of it all.
A nice dark Purple would look pretty good with Rainbow flake too.

And Sam, I didn't say I would mind riding around in a pink Rainbow flake mini, I mean I think that would quiet funny, But I really woudln't want to own it....lol

And I am aware that you are a surprising sort of person Michelle, that is one thing I picked up about you straight away, I coudl tell it's in your character, So I will not be surprised by you pulling a surprise, however what ever you do as a surprise I will probabaly like it because I love surprises :) :D :)

Well on a lighter note, whatever mini you drive,whatever colour it is, it is all in the fun of owning and being able to drive them, i think untill you do that you will never fully understand the true meaning of being a mini enthusiast. :D

oh yeah it's toatly all about the fun of even just being a passenger in a mini and just being around mini's. And even Having that interest in them becasue they're so interesting as a car, and then being part of a club like BMC which is full of good peeps who quite obviously share the same common interest just imediatly amplifies you're own feeling of excitement towards minis...So it's all good :D.
Michelle, Flip paint would look very Yummy on a mini, Can pat not get in a lighter shade? It would look lovely :)

Idiot at garage decided he wont do retest until i bring a valid engineers report, so i decided not to pay and left in a hurry/huff.

made extensive enquiries with VOSA and do not need SVA test, thought they would tell me i needed any special testing as they control it all!

I just like to say the colours I like and think work nicely with Flake, or Flip effect :0) .
