noticed tonight my dash lights arent showing but the green indicator light works and at the same time my rear lights have stopped working yet my headlights and brake lights are ok? Are these two on the same fuse or just coincidence ?

There ya go then Colm, sounds like it will just be a simple fuse change and nothing too fiddly with wires etc

Have you checked just sidelights at the front? I used to have a problem with the entire sidelight circuit breaking, which on my car is sidelights tail lights and dash illumination.

when you say breaking Chris you mean the fuse blowing or something else ?

Sounds like the fuse to me Colm, but could be dirty connections on fuse box
Worst case is needing new fuse box, they cost about a tenner

Broken wires, somewhere around the bulkhead, I just cut and bypassed the section. My wiring needs sorting quite badly.
