Windscreen Scuttle replacement

Hello all,

My scuttle on my mini is rusty and leaking in several different places so i think its time for a replacement.

Does anyone know where i can take it to get it welded and painted back to its original colour. Also roughtly how much is it going to cost as well?

do you have to take the windscreen out to do it?
