Damn you Faz!

I guess this should be in the newbie section, but I'm gonna bung it here as I feel I'm an olde! (mod's please feel free to move).

Every time I speak to faz by phone, messenger or other, my mini interests are re-kindled (damn you! lol). I had a failed attempt last year of returning, I did own a mini for about a month in 2005, then decided to buy a flat without a garage (doh!).

Now that little expense is out of the way I may have to buy another one (mini that is, not another flat) and re-join you folk!!?? It may be a while as I have a pretty tight budget and it's going to have to have a turbo or two strapped on it! Oh here we go again...................... and again. Anyway, hello everyone! :)

i think its 2 pictures laid over the top of each other in photoshop or something, with a blend of yellow haze going over it!

Well i did say you would be back at some point mate. Just make sure you wait for a really good shell as that is the most important but you know that anyway. Obviously you want everything else in good nick as well :D . And as i said mate if you want a second opinion on anything don't hesitate to give us a call.

What can I say?? He was 19 with a heavy right foot and blew an oil hose on the M5 at 90mph. The oil up the windscreen would have been a pretty good indication for me, not to mention the big orange light on the dash!

Looking forward to coming back home! :) It’s been a while. Your mini seems to have turned from red to blue over the years do I detect a mellower Barb???..... surely not! :D

When I come back is down to when I can find the right car (and possibly sell a car), soon I hope :)

And you want another turbo. Surely you'd rather take another route given the amount of time we spent underneath them. As fun as they were when they worked it was just to much money. I could have done a vtec conversion twice with what I spent. :rolleyes:
