hello.... my names cameron and im only 14 :( cant drive for another 3 years :( any way im after a mini... not looking to spend much.... but dont mind doin a bit ov work to it ;) (well dad wont mind :rolleyes:)
can someone please lea me in the right direction to buying 1
internet? auctions??

have really read much apart from the rules :p and was wondering if you hold a meeting every so often.. and what happens at them..
show your cars? go to a pub :( ? :P

I find ebay a good place to look, lots of bargins to be had :)

the meetings are held on the second tuesday of the month,
at the Swan Inn, Falmer starting 7.30, you are welcome to join us :D

Morning Cameron and welcome to the forum. You are welcome to chat on here and of course there's loads of people with knowledge and information who will help you with your quest i'm sure. However, you can't actually join the club yourself until you are 16 (rules of insurance etc). Maybe your Dad would like to join and you could come along to everything together. If you keep an eye on the events pages they usually tell when we're meeting up etc, and we have our regular monthly meet on the second Tuesday of the month at The Swan Inn in Falmer. How much do you plan on spending? I know of a couple of minis for sale?

ermm not quite sure yet.... but about 800/ 1000 or anything less.....

Hi and welcome to the site. You should be able to get quite a good mini for 800/1000 pounds, just remember if you are only 14 you are going to have to look after it to keep it in good condition and your dad will have to drive it now and then or at least run the engine for about 30 mins every now and then, that's untill your 17 and can take driving lessons and hopefully pass your test.
So if you and your dad have the time to and want to look after it well untill you can drive it then that's all cool but you don't want to go buying one and have it left there with not enough attention and have the condition of it go bad.
