Hello,

About 4 months ago I posted a thread asking if anyone could help me out... i am getting married on Sat 8th April and would love to arrive in a Mini! This is because by brother, who is giving me away, is a massive Mini fan and I thought that it would be a really nice touch if we could arrive in style! Not only this but I love Minis myself (gutted that I had to sell my own not long ago)

Anyway, a few people from the forum said that they could do it - and i'm now putting the feelers out again to see if anyone is still up for it! Basically, the journey is from cnetral Brighton to Alfriston (got to be there for 1.pm) I will happily pay for your time and petrol so if anybody is still interested then please let me know!

cool! theoretically, i only need one - to carry me, my bro and my sister who is bridesmaid.

All the guests and groom are being ferried there via a double decker bus which leaves from the pier!!

But, it would be great to have a few following me so I could arrive in true mini bug fashion.

What about three? (obviously the more the merrier - but i don't want to be greedy) I will supply ribbons etc for all participating minis - the photos would look brilliant!

I am around this Sat/Sun, so be great to meet up so i can give you the ribbons etc and to sort out details.:D

If you look in the gallery under baby roo/wedding there is a photo from the wedding we did last year. You may have to enlarge first to make it work for some reason. The minis did look awesome with their ribbons etc on. Hope it helps to make your special day that "extra" special, as it should be.

I couldn't find the 'baby roo wedding' piccies but I saw some last time i enquired. It looked brilliant!

If there are any takers to help me on my way then it would be great if they can deffo let me know by Fri and then I can get it sorted out. I can give times and venue pick up details and supply ribbons etc.....be also good to meet with the leader of the line (the one with me in it) too.

Superb photees!!! I love the green clubman! Can that be the one that I go in?

My dress is green (not quite the same as the clubman - but it would be cool to keep that theme running!)

Smashin! The blue G reg is lovelly! Thanks so much! Bought some ribbons today to go on the front! I met Jason today - to give him the details. The plan of action is as follows:
-Meet outside Hotel Du Vin, Ship Street at 12.00pm, Sat 8th April, (it's the big green building). There is a bay outside the hotel where you can pull in - i'll tell the hotel to keep it clear.
-Put on the ribbons (my bro will be there to help)
-Leave at 12.15'ish
-Arrive at Alfriston Wine Tasting Centre for about 12.55 for photos!
I am now very very chuffed!:D
