-Meet outside Hotel Du Vin, Ship Street at 12.00pm, Sat 8th April, (it's the big green building). There is a bay outside the hotel where you can pull in - i'll tell the hotel to keep it clear.
-Put on the ribbons (my bro will be there to help)
-Leave at 12.15'ish
-Arrive at Alfriston Wine Tasting Centre for about 12.55 for photos!

Do we want to meet at the marina @ 11:30 and convoy over?

yup marina @ 11.30 would be great, i have lots of ribbons for the cars, and she is going to try and reserve the parking bay in front of the hotel for us to pull up in!

A slight chnage of plan - the lead car will be a convertable beetle (boooo i hear you all say) but for practical reasons it makes sense becuase there will be more room for me (bride - me bro and me sister)

The the minis will be trailing behind in true mini bug fashion!

yer looked like a good day i saw darren by the peir on his way home last night with his ribbons still on, i agree though a new mini then the classics following would have made more sense then a beetle (not even an original) leading and classics following but at the end of the day its the brides day and choice, im glad that it went really well for her, did you all get your apple juice?? nice piccies of the day.:p

Hi Guys,

I saw (and flashed at you all;) ) on my way into Seaford yesterday afternoon......glad to hear it went well, the Minis looked really cool:cool: and delighted my little boys!!!

Wish i'd done the same for my wedding but I was 'inbetween minis' then following my first Mini heading off to the garage in the sky:( .....my dad turned up in his opentop stag instead which was pretty cool and a complete surprise!:D

Yeah, it went well and I have to admit the beetle did look good with the top down and chaufer all dressed up - a bini may of ben more appropriate though!
