I have angel eyes and there's a sticker inside warning not to go above the reccomended bulbs but mine weren't bright enough so upped them quite a bit. Faz got them from down the road from him for me for £7.50 each. Made a huge difference.
scott
dont forget there is a legal limit on wattage, 60/80 isnt it?

If we were all to stick to the legal limits then we would be stripping most of the parts back off. Most exhausts people have on minis are above the legal limit. They sell the parts because they know people out there will buy them.
scott
y, just didnt want Barb strapping a pair of KC Daylighters to the front of her mini, turn those on and it'll go to warp factor 10 - backwards.

oh my god wot r u all talking about, u r 2 technical 4 me only wanted 2 know about me lights . its just when a car is behind me i could turn my lights off and drive with there lights guiding me as mine r so dull .may b there not set right ??? but they r not bright a bit like me .....................[no not realy?] cheers guys...........xx:confused:
dont worry, i was just being silly. There is a legal limit on the wattage of the bulbs, but everyone sticks to it. If your lights are dull, its much more likely to be bad earth connections not the bulbs themselves. Trying to combat it by putting in brighter bulbs will only compound the situation as you'll be drawing more ampage through bad connections. I bit of fine sandpaper, and someone who knows where the earth connections are does wanders. Been there and done it. :)
