another problem with the lights!!

i think i may of blown a fuse on the headlights...as they now wont go onto main beam on the centre switch, which now means i can only have side lights.

There's a small fuse switch under the bonnet but non of the fuses seem to be blown.

Bulbs arent blown.

Are there some hidden fuses under the dash that i'm missing?!
When i flick the switch for the lights, top one's off, middle ones side beams and the bottom one should be main (i think) but when i switch it nothing happens and the dash lights go out...

Help please!! the guy who had my car before me was obviously an idiot as there are wires everywhere in the dash leading to sweet F.A!!!!

There are several in line fuses located either behind the air filter under the scuttle panel, or inside the car behind the dash covering in the middle of the dash. You'll be looking for a blue/white or blue/red wires for the headlamps.

What you are refering to is dipped beam, main beam what you use to "flash" someone. I.e when the blue light comes on on your dials :)

hey thanks for the help!
i managed to find the problem after all. the guy who sold me the car did some extreamly dodge and dangerous wiring....and the fuse box was loose and from going over bumps the smallest tap made it stop working.
Everything in order now...even got an air horn!! woo!!!
