I ONCE DE-SEAMED A MINI BY HAMERING THE SEAMS FLAT AND THEN LOBBING LOADS OF PUG OVER THEM ............................... DONT DO IT THAT WAY

I have de seaming the front end of Harry as part of the rebuild,
not to bad if you take tour time, going mad with the welder will
cause more damage than Daves 'hammer it flat' method
I cut out 1" sections of the seam, welded them and then cut out the next bit,
repeat till the seam's gone, time consuming, but worth it in the end
