i paid £900.01, like i said wasent expecting to win with such a low price but miracles do happen.

3 months tax, and mot until sep. picking it u p on friday, from just up the road.......................................Birming ham.

oh well worht the trip for it.

Hope it's as nice as it looks in the photos. Your journey home should give it a good test run. Are you doing L2B in it? So will Mingie 2 be restored or is she going to the great mini graveyard in heaven? She could of won the wreck of the show as well!

I have got a buyer for mingie 2 so she wont be going to mini heaven just yet,lol.

Gonna have a mini(as in small lol) convoy on way home, got to stop in luton to pick up a couple more, as the peeps who are taking me just had a load of work done on hers and her husband borrowing the spare mini for sunday.

if i make it home she will be at l2b.

Right, im back with mingie 3, we left eastbourne yesterday at 1pm and i got in at 3.40 this morning. And no it wasent entirley mingie 3's fault.

We arrived at 5ish and did the paperwork thing, we left and took a wrong turning so had to find our way out.

We were heading to luton now to have a chinese and pick 2 more minis up.

coming down the m1 all was fine until the gauges started slipping down and the wipers slowed down and the indicators wernt doing much, didnt think much of it, until i came to a stand still on the luton slip road of the motorway.

found out fanbelt was lose and waseent charging battery,no real probs. fan belt was tighented up rounds mates house and battery put on charge while we had chinese.

collected other two minis and started making our way home about 11.30ish.

all was going fine until about 3quaters off the way round the m25 rachels windscreen shattered, but did stay in place. We decided that we wasent that far away from pease pottage and we slowley made our way there, where we streched legs and a few cups of coffee while we waited for recovery.

all arrived safley.

and i am very chuffed with my new toy, roof stayed on and had no leaks, the only leak to be found was from the door seal. The torrential rain didnt seem to bother her either.

so a very long day yesterday but well worth it in my opinion, see you all tommorrro at l2b
