Yeah I think it's slightly mod'd Italian Job model but am still finding out some of the history of the car... Should he be able to do 90mph no probs n corner like its on rails :D

Hoping to come along to a club meet at some point - if I can get out of work on time for a change :(

About me: I can't actually drive him yet (and yes, I know buying a car when you can't drive is a bit daft but hey ho...), work in business systems development, other half is an auto electrician, don't really have any hobbies other than my newly found mini obsession and Lush.com..

The car is called Major Birkenshaw or Burk (a la trap door he he) for short and I love him already :p
He runs really well and is in pretty good condition, but we still have a nice long list of things to do to him

If anyone can shed any light on him n his history let me know :o

No, have been pootling in him around Newhaven and Worthing industrial estates. As i live in Worthing and my other half lives in Newhaven, we thought the Brighton mini club would be the best one to join, lol

I too was wondering if you were local, as i've seen a car just like yours alot over the long weekend, were in Denton, Newhaven. We have (the wife does!!) a blue mini mayfair. Could be that i've seen another mini!! lol.
