Well i had to change the steering arm on my mini and it was only on about 3 turns which is not good. So thought i better check the other side so check it this was on about 10 turns no this is not right. Thing is the tracking was actually right so i think it must be something to do with the suspension geometry. I have changed the top arms just in case they were bent (was told they may by Caburn) no difference. So what do you guys think it can be? By the way i did centralise the rack on the rack.

????
there were different arms for different minis, also differing racks. Are the hubs a pair of the same type too?
have a word with caburn/DSN classics etc to see if they can do rod end eye with a longer thread. Thats the problem with buying pattern parts, they can differ quite a bit.

Yeah this is what i thought so was out there measuring everything today. Track rod ends same length bottom arms same length tie rods same length top arms have now been changed no difference. So tommorow i am going to change the hubs for a matching pair as such see if this does anything. So wierd though as i have been running the car like this for years not noticed it and the tyres have always worn evenly hmmmm i will get to the bottom of it.
