What are the brightest type of H4 bulbs, as had a quick look on ebay, and there are loads of different types!! Xenon, Xenon Hyper, Vison Plus, any suggestions as to the best / brightest for a mini?
Many thanks, Danny.

Some of them aren't road legal, so you have to be careful. We went for 55/60 watt lightning blue from Halfords :)

You'll have to do a before and after photos of the headlamps, it's 'le law' :p
We still haven't had our head lights adjusted properly yet, keep blinding people when we flash them :D
I might fit them today :)

I think most of it is 'marketing BS hype' with the names, I doubt that brand A's xenon is much different to brand B's mega-hyper-super-uber-xenon ones.
About 50w is normal, I believe you can get 100w but they are NOT road legal
You have got halogen lamps and not sealed beams, right?

55w dip 60w full beam.
That's what they have to be, if you're gonna use these 90/100 jobbies make sure the wiring to the lights is up to it, and I'd be inclined to use reallays (if you're car doesn't, mine don't) to avoid stressing the switches.

You won't find better light output if you are keeping it legal.
But these are very similar in light output:

So either will do really!
What seems to be the problem with them mate? :)
They dont fit lol, I got the older type bracket as my lights were enclosed ones so I'm going to have to cut into the bracket or buy some new ones.. as I dont have any money I will be cutting lol.
