Abandoned mini

I wonder if anyone can help. I have spotted a mini that seems to have been dumped. Looks in ok nick, just thought does anyone know of ant way i can go about getting it? Of courdsee if i notify the police they will take it away.

the only way you can get a dump car is to writr to the dvla with the reg then there will tell you the owner or give you a letter to say u can go a take it away but thats only if the cars not tax or there will just say that the cars not dumped as it is tax

If its on private land then the owner of the land is the only one I think that can tell you if its dumped or not.

I know someone that bought a dumped car that was on private land for a couple of hundred quid only for the police to take it away a couple of months later
